Elder
Clifford Charles Boyce
Pastor,
Lancaster Full Gospel Holy Temple Church
Pastor
Clifford Charles Boyce is pastor of Lancaster Full Gospel Holy Temple Church,
1050 W. Wintergreen Road in Lancaster, Texas. The son of the late Willie Pearl
Boyce-Fagin and Willie David Fagin, he was educated in the Dallas Independent
School District and graduated fromSkyline High School. He continued his studies
at El Centro Junior College, where he received an associate degree in Business,
and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Banking and
Finance.
Accepting
his commission as a gospel preacher, Pastor Boyce made “full proof” of his
ministry while serving under the spiritual tutelage of one of God’s great
generals, the Apostle Lobias Murray, founder and General Overseer of Full
Gospel Holy Temple, Inc. As an evangelist he ministered in churches and on the
street, developed his gift as a profound and prolific Sunday School teacher,
served diligently on the Hospitality Committee and was committed to doing
whatsoever his hands found to do in the work of the ministry and for the glory
of God.
On March 29,
1996, Pastor Boyce was lead of God to establish a Full Gospel Holy Temple
Church in Waxahachie, Texas. In 1998 he relocated his congregation to
Lancaster, Texas and in January 2002 he and his congregation moved into a
modest, but stately built picturesque 9700 square foot edifice. From their
first service in the sanctuary to this present day, Pastor Boyce still
proclaims, “God did it!”
By
profession, Pastor Boyce is an entrepreneurer. He and his wife, Evangelist
Brenda Boyce are owners of Good Hands Child Development Center, Solid Rock
Community Development and A Chance at Life Lawn Service.
Throughout
his life, “father figures” and mentors have impacted his desire to succeed in
life by their accomplishments, wisdom and sound teaching. In business, he
learned entrepreneurial principles from his spiritual father figure - Dr.
Murray - who believes and practices faith in God and business ownership: “If
you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. But, if you teach him how to
fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
Additionally,
the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. influenced his life in exhibiting
preserverance and determination. Often, he applies Dr. King’s prescription for
facing challenges in his own life. He adheres to Dr. King’s belief that, “The
ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in time of comfort and
convenience, but where he stands in time of conflict and controversy.”
Pastor Boyce
and his wife, Evangelist Brenda have been happily married for 28 years. They
have one daughter and three energetic grandchildren.

IN
THE BEGINNING…
Bishop
Dr. Williams was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. The call of God upon his
life to be a leader in the kingdom of God was apparent from early childhood,
and accepted at the age of 12. Bishop Dr. Williams later launched his
collegiate career at
the
prestigious Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Political Science
major, his intent was to become a member of the United States judiciary.
Through
the process of becoming the Word spoken by God over his life, Bishop Dr.
Williams served in multiple capacities within ministry before pastoring.
MULTI-FACETED
MINISTRY...
From
1993 to present, Bishop Dr. Williams has been the Director and Minister of
Music for the nationally known and well traveled, New Life Inspirational Gospel
Choir. Membership includes students from colleges and universities across
Atlanta including:
Clark-Atlanta University, Emory University, Georgia Tech, Georgia State
University, Interdenominational Theological Center, Morehouse College, Morris
Brown College, and Spelman College. Under Bishop Dr. Williams' directorship,
New Life Inspirational
Gospel Choir has toured several cities across the United States including: Los
Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C., Detroit, Philadelphia, and
Houston. In addition to touring, the choir has also performed with and opened concerts
for several award winning gospel artists such as Hezekiah Walker, Yolanda
Adams, Fred Hammond, and Sounds of Blackness.
Bishop
Dr. Williams is also the proprietor of JCW Ministries, LLC. Under the
operational umbrella of JCW Ministries, Bishop Dr.
Williams serves as the Founder and Chancellor of the Ministers Training
Institute; a cutting-edge organization charged with preparing front-line
leaders for kingdom-building and advancement through biblical principles and
spiritual development, balanced
with sound business practices.

MAN BEHIND THE VISION…
Through
his submission to and exposition of the Word of God, Bishop Dr. Williams

2002, Bishop Dr. Williams was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of
Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Christian College in Jacksonville, Florida, and
has been recognized for his charisma and cutting-edge revelations by
YoungProphets.com as Icon of the Month. In 2005, Bishop Dr. Williams earned a
Doctorate of Religious Philosophy degree from Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary
located in Tampa, Florida. In 2006 Bishop Dr. Williams was anointed
Bishop-Elect by Arch Bishop Lonnie Langston and
was consecrated Bishop on March 31, 2007. On August 1, 2008, Bishop Williams
birthed the Breath of Life Fellowship, a multi-faceted gathering of leaders
seeking to make a relevant contribution to the growth of the Kingdom for God’s
glory.
Bishop
Dr. Williams is united in holy matrimony to his college sweetheart, the former
LaToya K. Culver of Prentiss, Mississippi, and they are the proud parents of
Jeronn C. Williams, II.

Pastor
Veryl Howard who is known to many as one of the most sought after managers and
promoters in the world of Gospel music, is most importantly a servant of God.
Though God has given her favor with such clients as; Deitrick & Damita

Glory Choir, James Fortune, Dr. Ron Kenoly, Angie, Debbie & Ce Ce Winans,

and many more, she considers herself humble and one having a heart for God and
His people. She describes her job as her gifting that has made room for her but
not her calling. She believes that God has called her to the Nations which are
why so much of her ministry work is global. The word God has birthed inside of
her must be delivered in a candid way so folks can know that God is still God.
She believes the spirit of religiosity has bound our people too long. “Folks
need to know we have been delivered from things so that they can get free too”
she states. This is why after years of running from the world of preaching,
Elder Howard decided to be obedient, adhere to her calling and step to into the
pulpit.
Elder,
Veryl Howard has been invited to do ministry work in Guyana, Bermuda, Aruba,
Trinidad, Benin/Kenya/Mairobi, Africa, Germany, Antigua, Amsterdam, Surinam,
Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Dominica, Petite Martinique, and
Grenada to name a few. “The body of Christ must link together globally” she
states as God uses her to do work internationally as well as nationally with
her preaching ministry. She presently sits on a number of boards where she is
instrumental in doing outreach with medical supplies, food, clothing and shoes
for those less fortunate. She notes that God has purposely connected her
Internationaly for the purpose of kingdom building and helping those in need
world wide. “The church has become so engrossed in religion and not
relationship. Relationship makes you kingdom minded states Elder Howard.
Though
Elder, Howard may not exhibit the “bling, bling” with her name in lights she
believes her “bling, bling” is God. She is what you would call a raw preacher
who is not worried about her stockings getting torn or her hair falling out of
style when it comes to delivering the Word of God. She is more concerned about
the Glory of God resting on her life. “It is what it is” she states and she
believes God has not called her to play church but to be open and real with his
precious sheep. “God took licks and got dirty for me, states Elder, Howard so
why wouldn’t I get dirty for God? We have become too cosmetic as the church
these days. God wants kingdom minded sold-out folks who love him in spite of.”
She believes in order for our people to get set free, they have to be taught
how to operate in the power of God. People are not ushered into the fullness of
their walk because “church folks” have a tendency to play church in today’s
society according to Elder, Howard. Therefore saints go back and forth to church
with the same issues not allowing God to be God in their lives she states. “It
is time for God’s chosen people to walk in the fullness of what God has
promised his people. We have accepted a less than lifestyle too long.” She
knows this too well in her own life as she will tell you she has asked God to
redeem her time.
Therefore
she prays the ministry God housed in her is used for healing, prophetically,
deliverance and to help God’s people be empowered! With all that said, don’t
look for the fluff and drama from her, just the unadulterated Word of God
straight from heaven’s manna! Pastor Howard is about Kingdom business and not
